The Greater Fort Worth Chapter of PRSA has been an active sponsor of the PRSSA chapter at the Texas Christian University (TCU), the University of Texas at Arlington (UTA), and Abilene Christian University. Many PR professionals within the chapter have provided students with ongoing guidance and support as they prepare for a career in the public relations field. And, our PRSA chapter has sponsored many activities and educational events geared especially for students, including individual mentoring, an annual PRSA chapter luncheon for students, and a Pro-Am Day event where students can spend a day with a professional.
The PRSA provides two student liaison members from the board to assist the PRSSA chapter officers with governance, Code of Ethics, and other educational assistance.
